Paypal Personal payment problem

After Paypal giving his best effort to satisfy their customer, and adding PErsonal payment system to make people happy not run away from paypal because of their HIGH FEE!, then for our buddies at India should bite reality, paypal at last taking of the personal payment for Indian Paypal, thats kinda hurts!, soon or later paypal will taking off those PERSONAL PAYMENT, why they not put india on the list for personal payment receiver ? well .. probably because they got lot of family, and sending lot of money for personal payment, and paypal not getting any FEES for it .. LOL
